👕 Eligible for Exchange:
We accept exchanges for size and style variations, as long as the product is unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. This helps us ensure hygiene and quality for all parents and little ones 💗

📦 Condition Requirements:
A quick reminder: products that show signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume, or damage due to handling cannot be accepted for return or exchange. This is to protect every family receiving our items 🌼

🧁 Non-Returnable Items:
For health and baby-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments, socks, caps, mittens, feeding accessories, personal care items, or gift-customized orders.

🚚 Exchange Pickup & Return Procedure:
Once you request an exchange, our support team will check eligibility and arrange a pickup where available. If your location is outside pickup zones, you may be asked to courier the product back. In such cases, shipping reimbursement depends on the issue reported 🌈

Please raise your exchange or return request within 5 days of receiving the product. This helps us process everything quickly and smoothly.
